BAFH provide market insight to give the Client clearer picture of investment climate in Indonesia.

Power Plant Project Identification

Based on the Client preference, BAFH will provide list of potential project that may suited the client investment profile with suitable type of potential local partner for smooth execution.

Pre-FS and FS

BAFH and its affiliate company will provide Pre-FS and FS for the selected project. The project may continue or not based on the Client approval. FS will also be important in optimizing the cost of the project prior to the bidding process.

Alignment with PLN

All energy project in Indonesia must be aligned with PLN’s  (Indonesia’s state-owned grid company) plan. This requires communication with PLN to have the approval for the project.

Bidding Preparation

After PLN approval and the inclusion to the general planning of PLN. The PLN may start the bidding process. The usual evaluation is the technical compliance of the project along with the lowest IPP Tariff.

PPA Signing

After winning the bidding process. BAFH will facilitate the communication between stakeholders to ensure the bid can proceed according to the plan with minimal delay.

EPC and Asset Management

With experience with local EPC and O&M Project, BAFH may provide support for project management during construction phases. After the COD, BAFH can provide the Client with O&M and asset management support to evaluate the project value for further investing plan.
